Smarthotel - Dorfgastein

I loved staying at this hotel as it had a great location adjacent to a beautiful church. The cleanliness of the hotel was noticeable and excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and added much to my overall experience. The breakfast offered here was lovely with a good variety of food options.

Located in the heart of a charming town, this hotel offered a great stay for my family. Our room overlooked a beautiful church and we enjoyed hearing the bells toll in the morning. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early. the modern and clean room had a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options including cheese, cereals and fruit salad.

There was no on-site parking available, but there was a public parking lot nearby that we could use.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to the bus station to go skiing in other villages. The restaurant had a good breakfast selection, including cereals, fruit and eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The rooms could use some updating and the showers open directly into the rooms, which is awkward if you are sharing a room with someone you're not completely comfortable with. The parking situation wasn't clear, and there is no secured parking available.

Great food and friendly staff. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food and was delicious. the dinners were also really tasty and it was great to have the option to choose from three meals. the location was perfect, very central, with the cable car station, bike rental, and a solar heated swimming pool all nearby. the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They spoke great English and made us feel at home.

The shared balcony was a bit disappointing as it lacked privacy. the room did not have a water kettle.

Lovely breakfast, fine room, easy to find, beautiful location, cosy room.

There was nothing I didn't like.
